About Nick
Nick has more than 20 years of experience in the retirement industry and is committed to applying his industry knowledge to provide a superior level of service, support and insight. Prior to joining ADP, Nick began his career in the retirement services industry as a financial advisor focused on helping businesses with their retirement plan offerings for their employees. He then joined Prudential where he began working in retirement education. Since at ADP, Nick has led several teams and initiatives including rollover specialists, Retirement Counselors, Small Market Relationship Managers and currently leads our participant communications team.
Nick currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 66, and 26 registrations. As Sr. Director of Education for ADP Retirement Services, Karen leads the Participant Success Organization and Participant Experience Strategy. Her team focuses on improving plan health and participant outcomes by educating ADP 401(k) participants on the benefits of retirement savings, financial literacy, and overall financial wellness through a variety of platforms. The team also develops and manages a comprehensive communications strategy, delivering personalized education campaigns to both plan participants and plan sponsors.
Karen joined ADP Retirement Services in 2001 and has held a variety of leadership roles driving client and participant success. Her passion for leadership and making retirement planning more accessible and meaningful at every stage of the participant journey fuel her commitment to delivering strong participant outcomes.
